Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage

Myofascial Ashiatsu Barefoot massage is a deep tissue massage. It's an American adaptation based on ancient forms of barefoot massage. This technique is delivered with the therapist’s bare feet, while using overhead bars for balance and support. The foot is broad and allows a smoother deeper massage than traditional massage. Not appropriate for pregnant women and people with serious health conditions.

I offer free in-depth consultations (a $40 value) for those who have further questions or concerns they want clarity on before a hands on appointment is made. Bring your claim information or insurance card with you. Your first Injury Massage session is an hour long. This gives us time to discuss your case, go over necessary documentation, verify we have all necessary insurance information and time for a hands on assessment session.

Starting with your consultation we discuss your goals and then design a session that is specific to your needs. Once we have an idea in place we can then schedule your 1st session. Jessica's attention to detail is impeccable. She more than adequately focused on my problem areas. There's perfect symmetry to her Ashi style with seamless transitions between the use of her hands and feet. The rest of the massage left me completely relaxed and mentally calm as well. I’m SO happy that I found her! I had never had a massage with feet before, but every massage should feel as amazing as the one that Jessica gave me. I have had many massages, but Jessica's ability to release tension that had built up over the years is unbeatable! It’s amazing how the broad pressure from her feet makes knots and tough spots melt away.

I had breast cancer surgery alittle over a year ago and with that some how developed a frozen shoulder.
