I strongly believe in the positive benefits that massage has holistically for the body, mind, and spirit. Since I was a small child I have always had a liking for massage, I would always ask my mom to massage my back, it made me feel relaxed and calm. I started getting regular professional massages in my late teens and was amazed with the results I was feeling, which led to my journey as a massage therapist. I pride myself on knowing how to work with the muscles instead of against them, my therapeutic touch, and knowing how to incorporate different techniques from different modalities. This enables me to provide each of my clients with an integrative customized service based on individual needs. Coming from a background in the medical field allows me to be a well rounded healer. I love studying and learning more about how to integrate Eastern & Western medicine in a holistic way to benefit my clients' healing. I am committed to my personal growth, continuing education as a massage therapist, working together with my clients to promote their education, and assist them in their own customized self-healing process.
