About Us
Vitality Bodyworks started as Massage by Megan in 2010 and was formerly located at 305 S. East St. As my client base grew, we eventually outgrew our space and moved into 409 S. Prospect, Suite A, where we currently reside. Our business is designed to help our clients improve their quality of life and provide a well-rounded approach to health. In continuation of this, we soon outgrew our name as well. In 2017, we changed our name to Vitality Bodyworks and added on a fitness studio to our current space. We currently employ several licensed therapists who specialize in a wide array of massage techniques. We have also added a Yoga instructor and Certified Health Coach/RN to the team, and work closely with Central Illinois Chiropractic Center.

It was absolutely perfect for me! Not overdone and not trying to sell me products at the end of the massage. The studio is simply stated with just the perfect lighting and music. No oils or incense, just good ole fresh air. The lotion is amazing too! Not too terribly oily. I didn't leave feeling like I needed to immediately wash my hair. I have tried two other spa salons in town of which I was not impressed. This one I will be back.

That said, in my opinion the therapist creates the ambiance. Megan brings a calmness into the room every time.

Megan got me an appointment they same day. I was in a lot of pain due to a pinched nerve. Aimee was the therapist and did a deep tissue massage. It was amazing and i left pain free. Definitely returning!

I have a lot of should and neck tension. I told therapist my problem areas before the hour started. I still have knots in shoulders and neck. She spent the entire hour on my back arms and legs. I guess this is the price $$$ you pay for going to someone different. Definitely sticking with Liz she does an excellent job!
