If you are looking for an amazing massage, to relieve stress, aid in your physical recovery, or just relax from a long day at work, you've come to the right place. I will provide a massage therapy session that is suited to your needs right in the comfort of your home, or at my studio space. Through a series of assessments, I determine the best method of treatment for your session. I approach my work intuitively and from a therapeutic and clinical viewpoint. I strive to bring balance to your entire body, regardless of the original source of discomfort.
For in-home massages everything needed for the session is provided at no additional cost to you, just relax, enjoy and leave the commute to me.

I immediately felt a connection—which is what I was seeking in a massage therapist. Kenisha showed passion in her job as a masseuse and provided excellent service. She was very engaging in a conversation that allowed me to feel safe and also important! I came in with lower back pain, feet and ankle pain, and left feeling like I could run a 5k race! I will be coming back monthly and refer her services to anyone looking for an amazing service, even during a pandemic!!! :)

Kenisha was attentive to the goals I walked in with and also paid close attention to what my body needed throughout the treatment. I have an old injury and my body hasn't felt quite "right" since. During my session, Kenisha was able to access and release tightness that years of previous bodywork had never really accessed.

Kenisha is amazing! I have an autoimmune disease (Lupus) that causes regular muscular skeletal pain and tightness. I’ve had a headache, consistently, for the past two weeks and limited range of motion in my arms and hips. I realize after seeing her that I’ve never had a true deep tissue massage until now. I saw immediate improvements in my headache, overall range of motion, and my ability to breathe (which I didn’t realize was being restricted by the tightness in the muscles surrounding my chest until she released). This morning I have no headache and even more improvement in my range of motion. I can’t wait to see her again!

When you first walk in, it smells wonderful! Very clean and organized place. And the private room I was in was kind of small but perfect for just a one-on-one session. I’m a big girl but it wasn’t a barrier either. The complimentary water was my favorite, Essentia, and I was provided a refreshing hibiscus drink! The ambiance was nice and comforting.

Excellent! Kenisha gave me one of the best massages in the Twin Cities that I've ever had. She loosened neck muscles that have been locked up for months! She used hot stones, stretching, and massage to fix things that I didn't even know I needed fixed (looking at you, phone-scrolling forearm muscles). I recommend Kenisha to any and everyone who wants to feel more relaxed.
