Hello! I am the owner and founder of Live Well Massage and want to thank you for taking the time to learn about me! My massage journey started in the health field as a radiology technologist and changed when I started seeing the shift in care from hospital-based to more alternative therapies.

I have been a massage therapist since 2018 completing my education locally through the PHD Academy in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. As a student, I studied a vast array of techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, pregnancy, Thai, sports, reflexology, hot-stone, aromatherapy, facial firming, and Lomilomi (a traditional Hawaiian massage). Along with these techniques, we studied energy work, ancient Chinese medicine, Reiki, and lots of kinesiology!

My mission as a massage therapist is to help facilitate bodies to do what they do best, HEAL!
