Wonderful experience. I have a very tender neck and upper back and Ella was great to work with. She was receptive to my concerns and really listened when I shared with her what has worked for me and what has not worked with other practitioners. I'll definitely be booking with her again!

Ella has technique and experience that is not commonly found in the Bismarck/Mandan area. If you are experiencing chronic shoulder or back pain I would recommend Elements Massage.

My experience with Ella was amazing. The friendliness and atmosphere was absolutely outstanding. The message itself was fantastic. Coming from Florida and being able to get a massage by Ella was extremely lucky. Will try to get back to Bismarck from the Dickinson area at least two more times before heading back to Florida the beginning of August.
