Native to Birmingham, Alabama, Free was raised in the West End community. She's always had interest in alternative healing but fully stepped into her calling October 2019. 

Noticing she'd have to step outside of her community for yoga, she studied and completed a 9 month yoga teacher training November 2020. Within the same year, she studied and obtained certifications as a Yoni Steam Practitioner as well as a Birthing Doula.
