Lemar S. was excellent. He made me feel comfortable and asked questions to make sure everything was to my liking from the jazz music playing in the background to the heater massage table. She really paid attention to the things I mentioned to her before my service and structured my service so that she was able to give certain areas more attention. She went above and beyond by adding in stretches and listened to my body to know what was working. I literally didn't have to say a single word during my service!
She even consulted with me afterward to give me feedback on what I may need moving forward. She was dope!

This place is awesome. We did a girl's night here and they were very professional. I was greeted by a more than friendly receptionist then escorted to a quiet room and offered a beverage. When it was time for my service, Ms. Paisley sat me down to a nice little foot soak and then the party started. My 90 minute deep tissue massage hurt so good. She's small but she packs on some serious pressure. At the end I was released back to the receptionist that was very much present and letting me know what package deals they offer and welcoming me back. It was after 6! I have found that some receptionist half do their job and by 4:30 they packing up and rushing you out (i.e. doctor's office, salons). However, to be very present after 6 pm with a smile was so not expected. We usually do spa day at Ross Bridge but we decided to give this place a try and stay at a hotel downtown. We did not regret it. The spa treatment took it over the top.
