Helping Women Align their Mind, Body and Chakras. Seven Spinning Wellness combines Energy Healing, Massage, Meditation and even Yoga Classes for a complete mind, body experience.

My techniques include, Myofascial release, Deep Tissue Massage, Reflexology, Prenatal Massage, Swedish Massage, Thai Yoga Massage and Reiki.

I had an amazing first-time massage experience with Stephanie! Before my massage I had been feeling a consistent low-grade anxiety, and also had muscle pain in my upper back, shoulders, and neck. I was recommended to visit Stephanie and I am glad I made the call. Through massage therapy, cupping, and Thai stretching, my shoulder is back to being 100%. I no longer experience the sharp pains which has just been amazing. I have kept up my sessions as it also overalls helps with how I sit all day long. Stephanie was so professional and courteous, especially during a difficult time with the pandemic. For someone who doesn’t do this often I felt completely safe and comfortable. She took great care to respect my privacy and health, and checked in several times to make sure the pressure worked for me. Even though it was not a Reiki massage, I could feel the energetic shift and release just as much as I could feel her stretching and releasing my muscles.
