Bridget is hands down the best masseuse I’ve ever been to! She is so respectful, caring, and knows exactly what will help your body feel great days after your massage! I did the 60 minute Himalayan Salt Stone massage (because she’s the only one in the area that I know of who does that which is super cool!), and it was unreal! She heats the stones and massages them into your skin and it feels exfoliating and soothing at the same time. Another thing that I love about Bridget is that she’s so easy to talk to! She wants you to let her know if the pressure is too little or too much (strangely some masseuses get insulted if you ask them that); and will also give you peace and quiet if you’re more into a session like that. However, by the time our session was over we were chatting and bonding over good health and other positive things! She even gave me a list of different stretches to take home with me to make sure my shoulders and back could continue feeing flexible days after the massage. How awesome is that?!?! So anyways, the moral of the story is, go see Bridget (she has the best Healing Hands)!

I highly recommend Bridget because she is the most knowledgeable massage therapist I’ve had the pleasure to know. She asks you about your problem areas and then she focuses on them, and she explains what she is doing and why. I think that she is her studios biggest asset! Additionally, the studio is very clean and has a nice tranquil vibe! I was so impressed on my first visit that I bought a monthly membership because I’m excited about incorporating regular massages as part of my overall health and wellness journey.

I went to see Bridget after rotating my sacrum for the third time. Chiro visits and cold-laser treatments were helping a little but I couldn't figure out does it kept happening. I suspected a muscular problem and made an appointment with Bridget... Sure enough I felt great after my first massage with full freedom of movement. My muscles were extremely tight. I have been back a few times since and am doing very well. Bridget has a very thorough knowledge of the body's muscular system and she is also thorough with her massages. She incorporates cupping if you choose and she'll get any knot and stress out of the body... I'm very happy I found her and highly recommend her services. Julie C.

I really needed to be seen for a few problematic and painful areas. I’ve had massages before at different places, that didn’t work out very well. When I went to Bridget, she was extremely professional and communicated with me about my problem areas and gave me a printout of stretches to do at home. For the rest of my body without issues, my massage was excellent. She is very good at what she does. I was relaxed and stress free when I left. Oh! Her prices are amazing!
