Welcome to Atlantic Bodywork Center, located in the beautiful coastal town of Bethany Beach, Delaware.

We have been providing professional therapeutic massage & bodywork to the local beach community for 25 years.

Our mission is to promote a healthy and balanced lifestyle though therapeutic massage and bodywork. Our focus is to listen to you and provide natural solutions as well as education that ultimately result in helping you realize optimum health and wellbeing.

First, I was surprised by how large the room was, which is important so the therapist can move around easily without bumping into you or the table. Terri is very skilled and professional and, most importantly, she listens. She went to work immediately on my problem areas. For the very first time ever, I didn't have to tell my therapist she was either using too much or not enough pressure, Terri seemed to know instinctively how much to use. As a result, I came out of the session feeling more relaxed than I have in months. And 24 hours later, after a hectic day of moving furniture and babysitting my grandchildren, I'm still relaxed! No buildup of lactic acid, no sore muscles, just relaxed. Thank you, Terri!

She moves slowly to feel exactly where stress is held and gives the right amount of pressure to let the body release whatever it was holding onto. My specialty is getting out my client's kinks in their neck, back, shoulders and hips. I care though about whats going on, so if all they need a nice light relaxing stress relieving massage, I can do that too.

Liz has lots of experience working with people who play sports or who are recovering from an injury. She is knowledgeable about the mechanics of the body and cares about improving the body's movement and flexibility, no matter a person's age or condition. She has now worked with me two times after my initial visit and each time my flexibility and range of motion everywhere is improving. I do strength training but have NO flexibility and Liz is helping me add this important aspect to my overall health.

My doctor recommended I go for a medical message to help with some range of motion issues regarding my neck. An avid tennis friend swears by this place. I told the therapist what area I needed most attention on she did not then gave me an excuse she did hear me very unprofessional she was waiting on a client while I was waiting on table for her I did not feel I got what paid for very disappointed a lot holding hand on one area telling me that it opens the muscle I have had many of massage massages I usually go once a week and I have had Liz before and she was very good the first time I don’t know if she was having an off day like I said I did ask her what areas I would like to attention to and she did not do that and I did feel very like I did not have the service or the quality of the massage I was expecting from her if you would like to speak to me about that I would be happy to speak with someone I am looking to find somewhere that I can go once a week and have a massage done
