I originally went because I was experiencing significant back pain. She quickly identified that much of my discomfort was coming from muscle tension and tightness. What impressed me most was that she didn't just provide a massage—she educated me about what was happening with my body. She explained the difference between a relaxing massage and therapeutic massage, and I received a deep tissue massage that gave me immediate relief. When some of the pain returned a few days later, I went back for another session. This time she used cupping therapy and explained how it helps increase circulation and support healing in tight muscles. I left feeling so much better. I never realized how much tension I was carrying until I started seeing her. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about helping her clients feel better and understand how to maintain their bodies. I'll definitely continue going back for maintenance sessions and highly recommend her to anyone dealing with muscle tension or chronic pain.
