I came across the Anat Baniel Method as I was searching for a way to bring about better outcomes with my occupational therapy clients. What I discovered instead was a method that can help EVERYONE and I quickly knew I wanted to bring this method to as many people as I can. I have been practicing this method with adults since 2015 and became certified to work with children as well in 2016.
