This was the first massage I'd had in decades, and only the second in my life. Cory made it a comfortable experience from start to finish. He prepared me for what would take place during the massage, and de-briefed me afterward with information about what he'd discovered about my muscles and their knots. Needless to say, I felt great afterwards. I am inclined to do this again in the not-too-distant future.
