The majority of my life has been spent outdoors, exercising and figuring out how to maintain good health within my body, so it was no surprise when I became a personal trainer while attending PSU. My passion in life has always been to help others. It first began with exercise, getting people up off their seats and just moving! But over the years, and growth in my knowledge due to the obstacles I was faced with, my focus shifted towards a new concept of doing less and achieving more. After years of weight lifting & doing cardio 5-6 days a week, sometimes twice a day, my body started to talk to me. It was done. Tired. Exhausted. I felt depleted and significantly imbalanced muscularly, nutritionally, and hormonally. When my daughter was one, after a long & brutal year of no sleep and very little recovery, I was given the opportunity to experience something I had never heard of before: Fascial Stretch Therapy. This was a total game changer for me. With FST in my life, my body and mind were led onto a path full of health & healing. Chronic aches and pains, old injuries and imbalances began to clear up. I felt better than I ever had my entire life – I felt so youthful! Needless to say, Fascial Stretch Therapy quickly became a passion of mine. So in 2016 I decided to attend the Level 1 training and have been spreading the magic of this modality ever since. I now specialize in core and postural imbalances, stress management and relaxation. With a background in both personal training and yoga, I focus on helping my clients find strength, balance, mobility and peace.
