About Us

If you’re looking for a professional Licensed Massage Therapist, you’ve come to the right place. My name is Dania VanderMeer (pronounced daynuh) and I have almost 10 years experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist.

I have recently moved back to Bend, Oregon and as of February 2022 have taken up residence at The Blissful Heart Wellness Center and will be stepping away from mobile massage for the time being.

As a 2012 Dean's List Central Oregon Community College Graduate of the Massage Therapy Certification program I am trained in a variety of modalities.

Swedish Massage

Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility

Deep Tissue

Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. A highly effective method for releasing chronic stress due to misalignment, repetitive motions, & past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is very common after the treatment.

Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Specially-designed massage tables, cushions, and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen.

Chinese Cupping - Add on No Charge

Cupping therapy is a form of alternative medicine in which a local suction is created on the skin. This negative pressure helps loosen muscle tissue, promote healthy blood flow and sedate the nervous system. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session. Please be prepared for visable bruising and marks left on skin after session.

No travel fee for 8-10 miles from studio. Pricing outside of the 8-10 driving mile range to be determined at time of booking.
