I work to the needs of my client for that day, so if you come limping in and cannot take the pressure you usually enjoy then so be it! The time you spend on my table is your time.

This being my first Sensory Deprivation Float Session, I did not know what to expect. I did my research however, that really wasn't enough. Katie greeted me and took me to my own bathroom where I was invited to shower, shampoo, robe up and make my way to the float tank. (robes, towels, washcloths, shampoo, body gel, and conditioner for later was all provided!) I set my lighting low, instructed my "Google Assistant" to play meditation music and made my way into the float pod. The water was warm and silky there was so much salt in it. I closed the pod door and breathed it all in. The quiet, the darkness, the calm all enveloped me as I gently laid back and simply floated. A simple meditation allowed my mind to drift peacefully over the next 60 minutes. When the session was over, lights gently came on in the pod and just to make sure I was awake, Katie quietly knocked on the door. It took a few minutes for me to come back to Earth from this experience. I followed it up with a massage which I highly recommend! Excellent first experience, surely this won't be my last!

I was given very thorough instructions and felt comfortable at all times. The pod was so relaxing. My worry going into it was that I would be bored but once you are in there with the spa music and the lights dimmed low you just automatically are in a relaxed state of mind. Highly suggest!

This was my first time having a massage by Knot Bad, and I hate to complain, but the room was cold, the shades didn't block out the sun, and the floors creaked every time Sara moved to a new body part. She was sweet, but her hands were cold the whole time, too, so just not the right environment to relax and unwind. My husband and I like to get massages every so often, so I wanted to share this so that you can make improvements.

I've been with Knot Bad since it's inception, and from the get go Marissa never disappointed with her quality of massage. Now with a larger team, I continue to applaud Marissas's attention to detail when hiring other therapists. I am super picky with my massages as I need deep tissue work for pain relief, and I am always satisfied. She literally only hires the best, or close to it as possible, I've never gotten a bad massage.

The massage was wonderful but the facility is quite loud. The building is shared and throughout the massage a dog could be heard barking and multiple conversations could be heard from different parts of the building. It wasn't loud enough to completely disrupt my massage experience but not quite what I had in mind for a relaxing massage.
