Since graduating from Oregon School of Massage in 2005, I have worked with a variety of people in spa, chiropractic, hospital, and gym settings. I use an integrative blend of massage modalities I've learned throughout my trainings to best support your massage needs. Each session starts with an update from you on where you are and what you want to get from your massage. From there we work together to create a massage that will facilitate your personal goals, be they injury recovery, personal growth, athletic achievement, or simply having time to relax and relieve tension. I'm here to support your journey to optimal health.

Ashiatsu Massage

Pronounced (ASHI-AT-SU) is a barefoot massage technique performed by using two parallel bars that are mounted on the ceiling over the massage table. The therapist uses the bars to balance and adjust pressure while applying long deep strokes with their feet. The broad plane of the foot creates a deep relaxation while the muscles let go and free constrictions in the tissue.

Motor Vehicle Accident (MVC/MVA)

This service incorporates multiple modalities, tailored to treat musculoskeletal conditions as prescribed by a physician for rehabilitation relating to injuries sustained in a motor vehicle collision. Service includes initial evaluation, treatment, ongoing assessment, clinical documentation and more. Pricing is up to $53 per 15-min unit, not per hour. No discounts are available to any patient or insurance company. Payment will be billed to MVA insurance for patient, nopayment due at time of service.

My interest in bodywork stemmed from studying anatomy and physiology, practicing yoga, and receiving massage throughout my first pregnancy with twins. After graduating from the Oregon School of Massage in Portland, Oregon in 2005, I have worked in a variety of settings including, a hospital, aruvedic spa, fitness center, chiropractic clinic, and currently a successful private practice. In 2010 I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Health Education from Portland State University, focusing on nutrition and women’s health.
I strongly believe in the body’s ability to heal itself and that massage therapy is one of the many paths to restoring health and wholeness to the body. I intentionally create a massage that will facilitate client’s personal goals, be it injury recovery, personal growth, athletic achievement, or successful transition through a challenging chapter in their lives.
In addition to massage, I am passionate about local organic food, community, yoga, hiking, and spending time with my three amazing children.
