Julie Castillo is a magic maker! She is truly talented and very knowledgeable about how the body works , the pain is an inflammation in your body, and how workouts and day-to-day grind can affect the body. My family has been seeing Julie for over a year on a monthly basis. The continued massages with addition to my chiropractor (who highly recommends massages) has been a blessing to my self-care regiment. Julie is very thorough in her assessment and asking about the pain points and working on them diligently to get the knots and strains out with focusing on the troubled spots.
I usually take a 90 minute massage because it is thorough and she can take her time to go deep in each area and it can carry me through for a month or two if needed.
I’m grateful for Julie’s magic hands and thorough knowledge as well as a bright disposition! She is very helpful and very kind! I highly recommend her services and her package deals for weekend gym warriors, those sitting long hours in front of computers and athletes training to be able to keep doing what you love and avoid injuries.

Julie’s skill and knowledge of the human body is amazing. I told her I had been having trouble sleeping because of lower back pain and she knew exactly what to do. Of course, I slept so much better that night! I will never see anyone else for a massage, because it’s so much more than a massage.
