I appreciate the genuine positive attitude that Kat has. She remembers what my goals were and what problem areas need to be hit. She always checks in with me before the actual appointment making sure she has the perfect plan to make you feel amazing. By no means does all of this feel like rainbows and unicorns, but if you are actually wanting to address your issues and heal, then she is someone you need to see.

I am an avid runner who has had a problem with muscle tightness. Katrina is exceptional at finding the right spot and loosening the muscles. I have had a lot of massages and she is as good as anyone in town.

I really like how Kat is very thorough and is an exceptional listener. She hit all of my target issues and dug in deeper to fix the problem. She is very well rounded in her knowledge and experience, so she has a ton in her "tool bag" to get you back in business. Bri also knows how to listen, gives advice/homework and is very talented at listening to what the body needs at the moment. Bri and Kat are quite the duo. I started to go to both of them consecutively and it was TOTALLY worth it. By no means am I money bags, but investing in your body is important. These two are one of the best investments I could ever have.
