Welcome to Restore Body and Soul! If you’re looking to ease pain or tension, lower your mental and physical stress, or improve your overall health and functioning, you’ve come to the right place. :) My goal is to promote wellness and peace through massage, and I believe that is evident in each session.

After living in the San Francisco Bay Area for the past 10 years, I recently relocated to Aurora, Colorado, and I couldn't be happier! I specialize in treating clients with chronic issues, such as chronic pain, fibromyalgia, work-related stress, etc.

I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist in Colorado and a Certified Massage Therapist in California, and I look forward to working with you.

Ann is not only very talented in the skill of massage, but is also obviously very concerned with the overall wellbeing of her clients. Having recently had our first baby, my wife and I were in need of some R & R and booked massages with Ann one after the other. We both found her approach to be both exceptionally professional and holistic. Some massage places seem to be concerned just with the mechanics of the massage itself, and at times that's enough, but Ann seems to really care about the outcome for her clients. We would definitely like to see Ann again in the future.

Signature Massage Package

Choose 60, 90 or 120 minute session! Optional aromatherapy and organic sugar scrub included (choose foot or back scrub). Only hand-blended, organic products used during massages, and you take home your extra cream! All massages are customized, and typically include a combination of Swedish, deep tissue, lomi lomi, and acupressure. Add cupping and hot towels for no extra charge.

Acupressure Massage Package

Derived from acupuncture, acupressure is a method that uses gentle physical pressure applied to acupuncture points throughout the body. It works to relieve tension and improve your overall health. Session is customized to meet your needs and can be done fully clothed. Typically improves sleep quality and immune functioning, decreases anxiety, tension, pain. Choose 60 or 90 minute session. Optional hot towels, cupping, and aromatherapy included at no extra charge.

Scalp Massage

Tension is often held in the scalp, and a 30 minute scalp massage can be the perfect reset to ease stress and feel refreshed. Includes optional gentle face and jaw massage, and aromatherapy. Clients can opt to include 10 minute foot massage to balance the body.

Cupping Session (Brief)

Cupping uses negative pressure to pull, lift, open and expand the body’s soft tissues. Cupping is great for extreme tightness, certain injuries, sleep problems, or when you are just feeling 'off'. Select this option if you want cupping only, and not a full body massage. Note - you will likely have 'cup kisses' for several days following this session, that are not painful. Optional customized aromatherapy is included, and hand/foot massage.

Love Ann! She really enjoys what she does and it comes through with every visit. She is personable and warm. Her massages are great and I LOVE that she offers cupping and foot scrubs and hot towels as well. She uses only organic products on a client's skin, which is a HUGE thing in my book. Many massage therapy business owners only use stuff with chemicals b/c it's cheaper and they don't understand the importance of organic skincare and how your body absorbs much of what you put on it. She is very flexible to your needs and the amount of pressure you like. She also is not about a bottom line. Rather, she truly wants to help serve your needs and cares for her clients.
