your mind, body, and spirit. Relax with a Swedish massage, melt your
aches away with a therapeutic mud wrap, or increase flexibility with Thai massage. Whether you are seeking deeper muscle work, or just to treat yourself, Tara will customize your session to meet your needs.

Tara is extremely thorough with her massage as well as the rest of the massage experience. She even fixed an issue I didn’t realize was muscular. The studio is a calm and comfortable space and she immediately makes you feel relaxed.
