First: kept all interactions confined to one room so I did not have to interact with anyone but Echo during my visit which among COVID times is very much appreciated. Echo gives a very professional massage with amazing skill at taking care of what hurts. She is also very attuned to your comfort. If I said "that hurt" she immediately stopped and approached it in a different way so as not to cause pain, yet could still work on the problem. I waited too long to seek help for my problems: much due to covid. I feel SO much better and have already scheduled a second visit with Echo to keep working on my issues. Things are not completely fixed in one visit. Not the fault of the massaging person, yet a fault of how long we live with our pain and keep ignoring it, because " muscles have memory" and want to go back to where they were, even if it isn't beneficial to our body. Therefore, adjust your body with a massage before your muscles want to stay in that hurtful position! I believe that Echo can fix my issues if I keep going to her. And, I will!

This was my second massage with Echo, and I enjoyed both massages very much. I struggle with tension in my neck and shoulders and her technique (especially in the neck area) helped me feel relaxed and completely addressed the tightness and soreness I had been feeling. I'm looking forward to my next massage!

I will be coming back here even when my elbow is healed. I came in due to severe, chronic tendonitis in my elbow. I tried everything... steroid shots, physical therapy, anti inflammatory medications and was looking at possible surgery to finally get relief!! Of course one visit didnt get rid of it, it takes some dedication and time, but my elbow was noticeably better after the first visit!!!! My elbow is now almost completely pain free and I have recommended Echo to all my friends and family with soft tissue injuries. I also have a tight neck with no pain and Echo is amazing at loosening it up and making it feel amazing!!! Shes knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Shes always learning more how to help people improve their health and well being. She is one of the only massage therapists that can do a deep, hard tissue massage. Everyone else didnt press hard enough to do anything for me!! She can do soft touch too, she will adjust to your needs which is important!!! I cant say enough good things about Echo!!!!

Andrea was very thorough and really got my body feeling balanced again. Atmosphere was relaxing. I am feeling the effects still today. It had been almost a year since I had a massage. Recommend highly. I got the deep pressure sports massage. They offer relaxing as well.

Echo is sensitive and compassionate. She is good in that she always asks about the intensity of the message so she doesn't hurt me. She really knows her trade and is in my opinion "intuitively" skilled as to which group of muscles need attention.
