We will try our best to work with you if this occurs. Do not hesitate to reach out if you need to. Also, Groupon sessions have their own booking processes. Please see "A special note" section below.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. Always be encouraged to communicate with your LMT about pressure during the session. This allows the therapist to make real time adjustments that meet your need. I'd also like to share that SMB has a Walking Massage option, #1 for all around deep work. If you have not already tried it please do so by clicking the Ashiatsu Massage option just after 'Book Now.' Thank you again! It was a pleasure working with you.
We are sorry you feel your experience was not up to par. We appreciate you for taking the time to leave feedback. SM&B does not provide additional time to any massage service with the Just Breathe add-on. Please see its description online. You also have the option to book an Ashiatsu or walking massage session if you want a deeper pressure massage
Hello AnnMarie, Thank you so much for your review. I am glad that you had a great massage. Please be encouraged to request or share your room setting preferences to your massage therapists going forward. Most of the things, including lighting can be adjusted. I have also made a note that you prefer a darker room so that you next visit will be more accommodating. :)
