I am a therapist licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and have spent time working in a multitude of settings: chiropractic office, high-end spa, sports/physio-focused clinic, to name a few. Communication is key when working with clients so I make it a priority to discuss client goals/outcomes for the session and then customize each massage based on the individual's needs. My massage style can be described as gentle yet deeply therapeutic, combining a range of modalities and techniques.

I believe massage is an important part of maintaining one's health and well-being in addition to enhancing mind/body self-awareness.  I truly enjoy working with clients and observing their progress as they begin to feel better in their bodies.
