Dedric graduated from the renowned Atlanta School of Massage in 2008 and immediately opened
his private practice Still Point Massage and Bodywork. He began working with Emory University
in 2012 as a key Research Therapist on the only research team of it’s kind in the nation. Studying
the effects of massage on Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Breast Cancer. He has also designed
massage protocols as treatment intervention for upcoming NIH sponsored clinical trials. Research
has influenced his massage and deepened his understanding of touch. Touch is profoundly healing
and can reduce the inflammatory effects of lifestyle and offers support in healing the body and
