Nikki really knows her stuff and was able to zero in on the issues that were causing me trouble (that had not occurred to me). She is very professional and highly skilled but but also quite personable. She dug deep into muscle tissue to release the tension. She also gave me suggestions for stretches I can do at home to help alleviate some of the muscle tension I was experiencing. I highly recommend her!

Nikki is an amazing massage therapist, with deep knowledge of the body and how to effectively release pain and tightness wherever you are having issues. I live in a tight body, but Nikki has effectively reduced pain and tightness in my hips and back, and increased mobility for me. I loved that environment was clean and fresh. Although we were surrounded by other suites the room seemed sound proof. I could only hear the soothing sounds she played in the background. Very relaxing considering i was getting a deep tissue massage. I absolutely loved her attention to my most troubled areas. I have chronic shoulder pain and she did an amazing job giving me relieve. I was surprised that it was the perfect amount of pressure. I have had many deep tissue massages before and not all of them felt like deep tissue work.
