Each massage appointment is based on clients need. No need to book a specialty appt unless needing lymphatic drainage, aromatherapy massage or a pregnancy session. I specialize in neck and shoulder pain/tension.
As a trained and Certified Aromatherapist, I also offer aromatherapy massage and handcrafted products which will bring you that added bonus of oils that aid in pain relief, stress reduction, open the breath and more.
I tend to book up about a month in advance and due to this I am not currently taking on new clients. Every now and again, however, a client needs to cancel last minute and because of this I started a waitlist. Please email to be added: lastregabuonanyc@gmail.com.

Was all that I expected and hoped. Most importantly, I felt a decrease in my pain level. The targeted work Annie did was different from any other massage I’ve had, even when in physical therapy. She took the time to focus on where my pain was.

I really loved my 90 minute massage! The massage was very thorough and loosened up all my muscles and I felt much better after it. I would say the massage leans more towards deep tissue but Annie is very open to what your needs are you just have to communicate the type of massage you want. I highly recommend Annie and look forward to my next massage!

Annie is AMAZING--I messed up my arrival time and she very kindly accommodated me, but even better, her massages are incredibly skillful. Fantastic targeted massage- just what I needed.
I am feeling so relaxed and loose after my hour long massage with Annie. The room is cozy and inviting. The table and the sheets were very nice and comfortable . Great smelling oils.
Before we began, Annie took time asking me about my body and what I was looking for. Based on that, she gave me a full body massage, but focused mostly on my lower legs and feet. It was amazing.
She checked in with me often about the level of pressure and my overall comfort. Near the end of the massage, she focused on my face and sinuses which are starting to kick up due to fall allergies. I left feeling greatly relieved!
I can’t wait for my next appointment. Annie makes you realize how massage is a vital part of self care.
