Although I have had many massages in the past, it was my first esalen massage and it was thoroughly enjoyable. I am pretty sure I fell asleep a couple of times. She has the strength and tons of skill to get the knots outs, incorporating stretches, movement and the signature characteristics of an Esalon massage.
