I had a Spiritual Healing session with Lisa and it was pretty powerful. I left feeling grounded and energetically free from what was no longer needed. I was in and out of a dream like state while tuning into my body to notice all the subtle little happenings. I felt the need for gentle movement in my ankles, wrists, hips and neck as the energy moved on. There was warmth at times and chills at other points. I saw swirls of purple, green and white behind my eyelids (which is rare for me!). She received a message around a singing bowl and I shared that I hadn't been using the crystal bowl my mom had gifted me for a while now. She highly recommended I get back into that daily practice to keep myself grounded. Of course I knew this in the back of my mind but kept making excuses to not start. :) Lisa took time to really listen and engage with me before and after the session and I deeply appreciated her presence, genuine caring and especially her knowledge and skill set. It was a beautiful experience!

Now, head to the right and up the stairs. Upstairs you will notice a waiting area to the right, through an open door. Please make yourself comfortable there. Lisa is so incredibly intuitive, she communicates telepathicly basically. She has the strength and tons of skill to get the knots outs, incorporating stretches, movement and the signature characteristics of an Esalon massage. I sometimes easily get in to that in between awake and dream state or sometimes completely pass out for a minute or 5.. ???? Best massage I've ever had, no doubt about it.
