I believe the healer is in all of us....and touch is one way that helps to motivate that healing to continue within our body and touch can also become an inhibition to that self healing.
I wanted to be a bodyworker for a long time but was not sure it was my calling. After suffering for years from migraines,
I discovered a subtle hands on approach that was very helpful in relieving my head from migraines. But the touch was so subtle I did not believe I could learn the techniques. So I just ignored the desire to pursue the art of healing touch until one morning I woke up and realized I was afraid to try it. School, Money, failure the usual suspects. Anyway that hit a nerve. My goal is to provide a place and time for you to relax deeply into your own wisdom of healing and rejuvenation. Sessions
begin with a verbal discussion of your goals and time on the table listening to the body
through touch. Your comfort and safety are important in order for your body to relax and rejuvenate. Therefore I rely on you to communicate your needs and your comfort during the session.
Thanks for taking the time to read and consider my services. If I can be of assistance it will be my honor.

Testimonial:
I immediately felt comfortable when I sat and reviewed my
symptoms with Ed. He asked revealing questions, had me stand and walk before
beginning his treatment. The treatment was itself painless, comfortable and
relaxing. Following the treatment Ed talked me through what he had learned from
both mapping and treating my body. My body immediately felt more refreshed and
alive that it had prior to his treatment. I highly recommend Ed's Manual
Therapy, Myofascial treatment. R.R.

I came to Ed with knotted, painful muscles in my neck, and at the base of my skull. I was unable to turn my head, unable to work, and I was in excruciating pain. During the session I could feel the energy movement, and noticeable changes. By the time Ed finished, I had greater range of motion, and much less pain. Over the following days I experienced more and more healing. I have nothing to attribute it to other than my session with Ed. Susan S, Asheville.
Thanks again for your help and time. I have to say that my arm was and is so
much better! It worked. Jane H., Asheville.
