Ebb & Flow was founded on the idea of it benefiting everyone involved- the clients, the staff, and the business itself. Adam once again came through with an amazing massage that healed my body up! His education and experience is so clear in technique and confidence and is so appreciated. He worked to relieve pain in glutes, hamstrings, hips, sacrum and back as well as did some really great work for my neck. Afterwards, I got in my car and cried in relief because I felt so much better and free! To walk in pretty much injured, feeling 60% and to walk out feeling at 90% is really something to be said.

The childhood love and curiosity for essential oils was my introduction into the healing arts. This ultimately awakened me to the fluidity of bodywork, beautifully articulated gliding strokes, and synchronicity of breath between client and practitioner. My wife LOOOOOOVED the massage from Michelle! We were visiting Asheville and I surprised her with a massage and this was my first time doing a massage there. My wife said she would drive 2 hours just to get another massage from her again. She loved how Michelle used enough force to get rid of all those knots in her back.

Just wasn't an overall good massage. She only used one hand most of the time. Didn't feel like deep tissue which is what I signed up for. I had to wait more than 5 minutes for her to come in after I get on the table so it wasn't an hour either. I asked specifically to have my right shoulder blade and right lower back worked on and she only worked on right shoulder blade. Also cotton sheets are a must for me. I guess I won't use Frankie again.

The website mentions that tea is included after massage, but it was not offered to me. (It was near the end of the day though so maybe that’s why.) I'm a little concerned about the windows having to be shut in cooler weather now. Kelly explained the use of the air filter machine in the room, but I am definitely pretty anxious about the lack of outside air in the massage rooms. I know it's a difficult time for y'all and support your efforts, but I have to be honest. As long as she is comfortable working in the environment (she's in there longer than I am), then I'm ok with continuing massage because she's a trusted healthcare provider for me.
