Kinesis Myofascial Intergration

Kinesis Myofascial Integration (KMI) is a series of twelve sessions of bodywork. KMI is designed to loosen, lengthen, and realign the fascia web thus allowing pain relief, more efficient movement, and improved postural alignment. The slower, deeper myofascial work is more effective and more permanent than traditional massage. The goal of KMI is to free and reposition the fascia web, allowing new structural alignment to occur, and introduce new movement patterns to be sure that this new way of being in the body can be maintained. Releasing long term patterns of strain allows your true structure to emerge.
