About Us
NouriSoul Massage Alchemy was founded in 2016 by Sofia Renee. Sofia has been practicing massage therapy for three years, runs two offices and has served hundreds of clients. She studied massage therapy at Denver's Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado and has studied various energy medicines as well as aromatherapy for releasing emotional patterns. She is deeply holistic, intuitive, and connected to her work.
Sofia has a very unique way of integrating several different modalities including Thai Massage, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Channeled Deep Healing Releases, and several other disciplines to tailor the right treatment for your body. No two clients are ever the same as each individual presents with different therapeutic needs.

I used to get regular massages (in a different state) but left them behind when I moved. My neighbor recommended Sofia so I took his advice. Very glad I did. The massage made me feel wonderful again. Nimble and fresh the next day. Sofia worked on some problem areas and they now feel great.
My only "complaint" is that it was a bit cool in the room. But, I'll be back for regular massages.
