Tyra is a graduate of Spectrum School of Massage and is a certified pre-natal practitioner. She is interested in practicing and promoting good health. Tyra has an active outdoor sports lifestyle which allows her to apply her movement related perspective into her style of massage. Tyra specializes in clinical deep tissue treatment work and relaxation massage.  While very serious and passionate about her work, Tyra is a positive and lighthearted presence here at Arlington Massage Therapy and Wellness, PLLC.

Living an active fit lifestyle is Tyra’s personal commitment; whatever the season, she is consistently challenging herself with new sports activities. Tyra enjoys spending time with family, friends and her loving dog Diesel.
