I attended the Northern Virginia School for Therapeutic Massage in Falls Church from September 2014 to March 2015.  Initially,I was interested in massage therapy due to its knowledge base of structural and functional anatomy.  As I have studied more, I am consistently awestruck by massage's powerful affect on any person dealing with stress; all of us.  I currently practice and study bodywork at the Teal Center in Ballston's Randolph Towers in Arlington, VA and usually focus on therapeutic, Swedish, and sports massage, including trigger point therapy and muscle energy technique as needed. Beyond bodywork, I love to hike and work on my urban garden of raised beds, some herbs, and some dwarf fruit trees.
