Services Provided: Apple Valley Massage is a full-service therapeutic massage practice, blending massage techniques with stretching and behavioral modification to ensure the benefits of your massage last as long as possible. We are trained in a wide variety of techniques and customize each session to meet the individual needs of the client. All massages are "hands on" for the minutes purchased.
Insurance Accepted: Though we do not accept healthcare insurance, our services are eligible for Flex Benefit and HSA plans. We also accept Auto Insurance and claims with MD or Chiropractic prescription.

I normally work with Jodie, but due to scheduling Bridget was able to help. Her understanding of the body and how these where connected was great. She focused on the area's of the body that needed the attention and did not hold back. It will be hard to find another that will give you the true healing and corrective massage required to cure your pains.

Bridget was fantastic! She was so knowledgeable about the struggle I have been having with my back and she gave a perfectly suited massage. The pressure was great and she explained things as needed as well as checked on if the pressure was okay during our appointment. I don't know that I could ever see another massage therapist now. :-)

I have been to many massage therapists over the past years. Once I tried Jodi I never left. I am on my second year of the monthly service.
She is incredibly skilled and provides a wonderful environment. She asks good questions, listens well, and has a great understanding of anatomy. Those combined make her an ace at finding and resolving any issues in my body. I love the hot towels on my feet and use of essential oils too!
Truth be told I didn't want to write a review because I wanted to keep her to myself!

I am not sure I would have done had I not found JODI. I was in a terrible accident and she has helped me make it through two years of pain. I have gone to other places as they were a little closer to me but, never with the same wonderful results. She is one in 1 million!
