Huge fan of Stephanie! I hadn't had a massage in almost 2 years and my knots proved a worthwhile adversary, but Stephanie did a fantastic job smoothing and working them out, one by one, while ensuring I wasn't in pain while she went. She also provided just the right amount of conversation - it's a fine line to walk to get to know one another while still maintaining the relaxation component during the massage and Stephanie walked it perfectly.

Hannah is absolutely phenomenal. She took a lot of time to talk with me about my jaw issues and offered so many suggestions. She is incredibly knowledgeable. I have had Intra-Oral therapy done many times, and although it's uncomfortable, Hannah really put me at ease with communicating as she worked. She even counted in different languages, which made me giggle. After our appointment, she emailed me video links to exercises she recommended I do to help. I look forward to seeing her again in 2 weeks. =)

What I was expecting/desiring versus was I received was very different. I was looking for deep pressure/deep tissue massage and received light touch/pressure. I do believe Hannah is knowledgeable and skillful in her craft, but perhaps she wasn't the masseuse for me personally. For someone looking for more of a gentle massage, I would definitely recommend her.

Meredith’s Training –
Massage: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Oncology, Reflexology, Geriatric, and Lymphatic Drainage Massage. All of which (except lymphatic) may be combined in a freestyle massage.
Meredith’s deep tissue technique begins with a general lighter touch-based assessment of the area needed to be addressed. Then, she gradually adds pressure to each long, broad stroke until the desired amount of pressure has been reached. In order to do this, she uses forearms and elbows as well as hands depending on the client’s sensitivity and the sensitivity of the area. During this process, knots and trigger points will be slowly released, resulting in beneficial relief. She also includes passive stretching to alleviate any residual tension.

This has been THE BEST experience I\u2019ve had. \n\nFor work I sit in awkward positions for extended periods of time and operate in a high stress environment so I can be a challenging client from a musculoskeletal perspective but also from a mind\/energy perspective. \n\nFrom the start Mary was professional friendly and relaxed. She listened intently and offered excellent advice on how to approach my needs and her experience showed in our conversation.\n\nShe found areas that needed work I wasn\u2019t aware of and used different pressures and techniques where needed. She is very intuitive and knowledgeable. \n\nI could tell she had a true heart for helping me as an individual during my block time but also into my day and weeks ahead. \n\nI left feeling lighter in my step and had a more clear mind. I had a great massage experience. The establishment is beautiful, calming and the atmosphere immediately soothed my soul. The music was the perfect volume level and it wasn't overly fragrant. She also used some flexibility and stretching techniques that I was not used to in a massage but I think really helped. From the ease of making appointments to all of the extras provided such as full time on the table (a 60 is a 60, etc), use of hot stones and towels and aromatherapy. I've had appointments with each of the therapists and they all provide excellent, therapeutic massages. They've fixed my back, shoulders and hips. Their space is clean, well-appointed and relaxing.
