The room has a very peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. Katrice explains what the treatment entails, answers any questions, and only starts when she is sure the customer is ready.

She set the atmosphere and made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. She explained everything she was about to do and showed me the equipment she was going to use. When my reflexology session was over she allowed me to gather myself in private and then join her at the desk outside the door. I enjoyed the session and I will return.
