I was drawn to massage therapy because it compliments one of my great passions, natural health and wellness. I enjoy helping people reduce stress and manage pain using techniques like, Sports massage, Swedish relaxation, myofascial release, and neuromuscular therapy. Working closely with clients, I strive to ease their muscular discomforts by developing treatment protocols and home care plans based on an individuals needs and desired outcomes. I would recommend her to anyone for de-stressing/relaxation of your muscles, or for specific chronic issues. Stacy is easy to talk to, and comfortable to be around! Very professional, kind, caring, and helpful to getting you in right away if you are in crisis.
