Anne was then received Certification as a Certified Rolfer™ in 2009 from the Rolf Institute® of Structural Integrators in Boulder, Colorado. In 2010 I started as a Co-Instructor for Advanced Trainings teaching other therapists, advanced myofascial techniques for their continued education requirements. In 2011, Anne passed her Board Certified Holistic Alternative Psychology Practitioner (HAPP) exam. She uses other learned healing modalities that includes Reiki, Source Point Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy and Cranial Sacral Therapy. Anne enjoys working on chronic conditions, including sciatica, low back pain, neck pain, and frozen shoulder syndrome.
Anne has since enjoyed improving the quality of life for my clients and continue to search for continued education opportunities to further serve her clients as well as herself.
Rolfing Structural Integration is a form of hands-on manipulation and movement education developed by Dr. Ida P. Rolf over 50 years ago. It works on the web-like network of connective tissues, called fascia, to release, realign and balance the whole body, potentially resolving discomfort, reducing compensations and alleviating pain. Rolfing SI aims to restore flexibility, revitalize your energy and leave you feeling more comfortable in your body.
Rolfing Structural Integration may enhance your posture and freedom of movement. Newer gentler techniques allow these techniques to be experienced with less discomfort, and may bring dramatic results, including:
• Injury recovery, including repetitive motion
• Pain reduction, including back pain
• Increased flexibility
• Headache relief,
• Better balance and ease

I'm grateful that your neck and shoulders have some relief from pain and tension. This is one of the many differences between massage and Rolfing. Rolfing gets to the core cause of the discomfort and can resolve it in the long term. :)
