The worst massage I have ever gotten. I specifically said that my left upper back got hurt and that I needed a deep tissue massage to help that and she did not even do any deep massage and only managed the area for like 10 min out of the hour. Spent 30 minutes on moving my arms super slow, which did nothing . Literally only massaged for 10 minutes out of the hour. My back still hurts and it was the biggest waste of my time and money. Would never recommend her as a massage technician. Horrible

I have benefited from receiving massage for many years and made the decision to go back to school to be able to give the gift of massage to my community. I graduated from Cleveland Institute of Medical Massage and am licensed under the State Medical Board of Ohio to provide care. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, climbing, cooking, and spending time with my family and friends.

I was really looking forward to this massage because I haven’t had one In a while. Unfortunately, I left feeling extremely underwhelmed… normally when Ieaving a massage I feel like a “new person” having some of the tight spots on my neck/back gone. Not this time. It felt like I didn’t even have a massage. Really not much massaging? Just pushing on certain spots for a minute or so? I feel like she only worked on my upper back for maybe 10 minutes, not much time on my neck/shoulders and nothing on my lower back. Something just was very different. I have had many massages and I completely understand everyone has different ways of doing things but usually they all result in at least feeling a little better after. I was very sad leaving.

Therapy rooms are small. When the therapist moved around the table, she ran not the table startling me. Rooms are no very sound proof. They ask everyone to talk softly, but it’s difficult to remember especially when checking out.

I had a great massage. It was just right for what I was wanting, relaxation but with a pressure to stimulate blood and muscles. The only thing I did not like was the music playing; it was not relaxing to me. Although it was all instrumental it was too fast and the songs were popular songs with lyrics which was distracting to me.

Honestly, I was a little disappointed. I personally didn't care for the start on my stomach (I did have the option to start on my back) and didn't have the overall experience that I had with my regular massage from Nicole who was with Symphony. Nicole always started with the head/facial massage to relax you and did a much more thorough job. I did not get this. Not sure if you offer that but it has always been one of my favorites of the session. Brandy was very kind and explained a lot of things to me but overall honestly I probably won't come back. My husband felt the same way which saddens me since this was a birthday gift to him from me.
