About Us

Heidi Zanolli, LMT, CMLDT is a graduate of Lansdale School of Business’s Massage Therapy Diploma Program.  She is a Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist (Vodder Technique), which is her area of expertise and focus.  Prior to becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist, Heidi completed her degree for Health Services Management with a concentration in Holistic Health & Nutrition.  She has experience in both medical and therapeutic massage and believes in tailoring each massage to meet the clients’ needs.  She is proficient in a variety of massage modalities including cupping, oncology, prenatal, trigger point, deep tissue, sports, hot stones, cold stones, aromatherapy, and Swedish.  Her additional trainings are in clinical acupressure, reflexology, craniosacral and myofascial release, ...

What an awesome experience for my first lymphatic drainage appointment with Heidi. I was really relaxed and absolutely loved it!! Felt wonderful afterwards. The sauna is really relaxing and I love the chromotherapy along with the infrared sauna. I feel refreshed and tranquil after twenty minutes, and I usually sleep well that night. It's a very nice addition to Awaken and Restore's services. The only thing that would toake this from amazing to superb would be music to play in conjunction with treatment.

Never have I been so relaxed and destressed BEFORE a massage than the sauna at Awaken and Restore! It made the massage after the sauna treatment that much better and last even longer!!! I’ll be doing it regularly to help me both physically and mentally!

I can honestly say that Heidi is by far the BEST massage therapist! I have been going to her for about a year now and I will never go to anyone else. I have chronic back, neck and shoulder issues, and she can pinpoint my trouble areas. She is amazing! I walk in with so much pain and I leave relaxed and feeling like myself again. I am so happy I found this beautiful soul. Her knowledge of the human body and its' functions that contribute to why certain areas of the body are affected more than others is always teaching me better ways to control stress and everyday life. The thing that is so great about Heidi is how attentive she is to your health and needs. She is very knowledgeable about different conditions and is the type of person you can talk to about anything! She offers many different treatments for any complaint I am experiencing at the time. I have been seeing Heidi every other week for the last couple of months, mostly for manual lymphatic drainage and massage. I highly recommend her!

Heidi has been my massage therapist for the past 3 years, after I was in a car accident. It's an honor being her client and I am blessed to have had her work on me for all this time. I have experienced many different types of treatments with her, such as, deep tissue massage, cupping massage, myofascial work, Raindrop Therapy, and manual lymphatic drainage. The best treatments come when I say to her 'do what you think I need"!
