We utilize modalities such as Swedish massage, shiatsu, deep tissue, modern cupping, gua sha, neuromuscular and sports therapies to help you relax and reduce your pain. I have chronic shoulder pains for years and have been to so many different massage therapists. This was my first time working with Jess. I was skeptical at first, because most therapists take a few visits because they can adequately find my trigger points. However, Jess find them literally in 2 minutes. I found the room a bit claustrophobic. The building is hard to navigate in. I was looking for the office under the name "Kneaded Soul," so I did not recognize the name "Integrative . . . as leading me to the right office.
I did not experience any change in urine-color (which I understood might occur) or any difference in my energy-level.
