Our mission is to run a profitable business by providing therapeutic massage in a caring, professional environment. We offer massage in a variety of styles - traditional Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue work, Sports Massage, Hot Stone Massage, and others. Our goal is to tailor the client's experience based on initial interview information, as well as in-the-minute feedback during the massage, to insure the client's comfort and satisfaction, and to increase repeat business. We intend to offer massage that is effective, yet respectful of the client's personal boundaries, so that the experience is relaxing and energizing for both the client and the provider. Ashi (foot) -atsu (pressure) is a deep, painless form of barefoot massage. Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy® is a westernized version of barefoot massage and is very much like Swedish massage with flowing and relaxing strokes, yet the pressure is very heavy on the body like deep tissue massage. Upon entering the massage room I was impressed. It was spacious - not like the "closet-sized rooms" at other massage places and spas. The lighting was soft and the background music was subtle, creating a relaxing atmosphere. A heated massage table - really nice touch. The Swedish massage was just right - not too hard, not too soft. Damaris did a great job, and I will definitely be going back.

I’ve been getting regular massages for over 10 years to help with some chronic issues. Recently I had to find a new massage therapist. I found Damaris on Yelp with great reviews so decided to give her a chance. I’m so glad I did. Damaris was absolutely wonderful! Her energy and vibe was calming and welcome. She adapted her touch easily if something was too sore. She only talked if needed. I also liked that she understands Fibromyalgia and how to work with it. Damaris was warm and personable, a great conversationalist. So I felt very relaxed and enjoyed the ambiance of my first massage at Back on Track. She asked what type of massage I wanted and listened to my responses and adjusted her touch. I particularly loved the warm moist towels she applied towards the end of the hour long massage.
