About Us

Knotts Out Massage is a sole, woman-owned practice. Our focus is on wellness for all women. We offer many services to include fertility massage, hot stone, and pre/postnatal massage. Our website has been updated to include some new services as well as opportunities to buy massage packages. Gift certificates are also available for purchase.

The pandemic has changed the way we practice. Due to COVID-19 we have decreased our office hours and have implemented practices to keep everyone safe. We ask for your patience as we navigate our new normal. We've increased out time in between clients, disinfect after each session and temperature check once you enter the suite.

Knotts Out Massage is conveniently located in Alexandria, VA just north of Ft. Belvoir's Tulley Gate; behind Roy Roger's. Kim, an experienced massage therapist, is certified in pre/post natal massage, cupping, and aromatherapy. Kim is licensed to practice massage in VA as well as DC. Kim has experience in spa settings as well as working alongside a chiropractor. Currently, she is a massage instructor at Northern Virginia school of Therapeutic Massage. A solo massage therapist practice, KOM is dedicated to becoming your partner in wellness.
