I began my education in1994 with a workshop at the Care Through Touch Institute in San Francisco called, “The Art of Anointing”. This experience which emphasized the deep honoring of the human body has stayed with my practice throughout my career. Although Swedish/Esalen is the base of my work, I have studied and grown to incorporate many modalities including: Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, Acupressure, Craniosacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, Reflexology, Lymphatic Drainage and Reiki.
