Opening Technique - Assessed my skeletal/muscular gait. Settled me in. Using the rocking and calming. She was really listening to my body before applying oils or anatripsis.
Interim Technique - Flow was fantastic. She did this friction with your hands that I didn't quite like. (still felt amazing) Recommend to slow the pace just a little. Sit or Stay on the Trigger for just a bit longer to Release the pea (adhesion/tension). Hit all the right areas of where I requested.
Closing Technique - Made me feel complete.

I was welcome and my safety was taken into consideration. Not only did that make me feel comfortable, I felt I was understood and my concerns could be worked with.
I will be back and can't wait to have Maryse out in the professional therapy world. Her technique was one I have not experienced before. Her skill and craft included breathing and when she exhibited this sensory feature along with her physical therapy, it was like heaven. She will be an asset for sure.

I liked that it was quiet, I didn't like that my curtain kept blowing open when I was undressing. I love the space. My one suggestion is that the therapist takes the client back about 5-7 minutes early so the massage is actually an hour, otherwise it's only 50 minutes and an hour is fair for the price of a new therapist.

I have encouraged friends and colleagues to get a massage. It’s a school clinic so the only privacy is between curtains, but the atmosphere is professional. The students are pressed for time to prepare for their next treatment, so the old school one to two minute exchange after the treatment was missing. For us less electronically oriented old schoolers a brief in person conversation is more appropriate than a text message or a post on social media.

I received a surprisingly affordable massage given by a thorough, competent, very present therapist in a clean, calm, and relaxing setting. The hours accommodate my work schedule and booking was very easy - no hassle. I left feeling like I’d been given a very welcomed and much needed muscle relaxant and slept like a baby that night and, for the first time in eight months, felt a reduction in the daily pain I experience from a bulged disc. This is my new favorite go to place. You’re missing out if you don’t take advantage of this amazing local resource. I’ve already booked a follow up appointment with Mya.
