Great massage! I’ve had back/hip problems since I was a young child. Gary was easily able to find all the areas where I feel pain and used the right amount of pressure to help relieve some of the tension (I prefer very deep pressure and he did check ins to make sure the pressure was okay). I started going to Gary within the last 5 years or so ago on a regular 6-8 week basis. As I am getting older, I quickly recognized the important need to have massage done to relieve most of the muscle aches and tightness I was developing over the years, as I became less flexible due to wear and tear on my body thru sports and work activities. Gary has always been able to adjust his techniques per visit to meet my needs. What's also just as important to me is the world and local topics we can discuss in private during our brief 45 minutes in complete confidence.
