Sarah Engen (she/her) is a Doctor of Chinese Medicine and currently offering Massage and Bodywork Therapies at Velo du Nord Wellness in the Historic Afton House Inn. Sarah's training extends over 15 years of practice with 2000+ hours of training from the Aveda Institute Minneapolis, Juut Salonspa, and Devanadi School of Yoga & Wellness. Her passion is working as a support staff and sports massage therapist for professional cycling teams. Sarah recently graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences University with a Masters of Acupuncture and Doctorate of Chinese Medicine.

Sarah is amazing, she has the perfect balance of relaxation and pressure (which I requested and like). I have an old injury that I'm sensitive about with massage and I instantly trusted her working with it - it hasn't flared up like it has with other massage in the past!
