I will have you sign a confidential Covid-19 waiver on your first return visit to Knead (and then initial and date the paper on future visits). Three simple questions:
Have you had a fever in the last 24 hours of 100F or above?
Do you now, or have you recently had, any respiratory or flu symptoms, sore throat, or shortness of breath?
Have you been in contact with anyone in the last 14 days who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or has coronavirus-type symptom...

I need to keep my clients and myself healthy. There is no reason to not be honest when answering these questions. IF YOU YOU HAVE ANY DOUBT ABOUT YOUR WELLNESS - ERROR ON THE SIDE OF CAUTION.
There is a minimum of 30 minutes between appointments - something I've always scheduled. I will now use that time to clean and disinfect the studio.
Cancellation policy will be a little more relaxed. Anyone that has had to cancel in the past knows I am not a stickler on the 24 hour notice thing. If it is less than 24 hours before your appointment and you are concerned about your Covid health do not hesitate to contact me. I will gladly reschedule your appointment - but you must talk to me.
There will be a few more bottles of hand sanitizer in the room. Please use the hand sanitizer before you get on the table.
There is a HEPA (high-efficiency particulate air) purifier now in the room.
You will always have a clean, sanitized set of sheets on the table (which I have always done).
